The practice strives to combine the highest quality design with in-depth technical competency in all areas of architecture and construction in all our projects. Delivering our projects on time and within budget are primary concerns. The most up to date project management skills are employed on all projects. The practice is kept fully up to date with the rapidly changing Building Regulations, Energy Conservation practices, Health and Safety legalisation and SI.9 implications through a regular continuing professional development program.

SPACIOUS have been involved in the design and construction of numerous building types including residential extensions & renovations, new-build one-off houses in Dublin and beyond, private sector apartment & housing developments, conservation & reuse of protected structures and period property, hospitality projects including bars, restaurants and holiday developments.
